Einfach zu schreiben, um des Schreibens willen ist meistens unglaublich produktiv. Es kommt zwar selten eine Endfassung aus dem Hirn geflossen, aber dafür umso mehr Inhalt. Irgendjemand hat mal gesagt, dass Schreiben Enthüllung und Tarnung in einem ist. Natürlich auf den Autor bezogen. Je weniger der Autor aber über das nachdenkt, was er schreibt, desto mehr tendiert der geschriebene Text dazu, etwas über ihn zu enthüllen.
Schließlich gibt es keinen Mensch, der gleich wie ein zweiter denkt. Es ist uns sogar unmöglich, uns vorzustellen, wie es sich anfühlen würde, jemand anderes zu sein. Wer garantiert mir denn, dass meine Art zu denken (und damit meine ich keine ideologischen Ansätze oder ähnliches) nicht total abnormal ist? Verrückte Sache. Dennoch ist das direkte, ehrliche Schreiben wohl einer der effektivsten Wege, Gedankengänge und Denkmuster darzustellen. Dieser Text entsteht nicht in meinem Kopf, sondern in meinen Fingern, ich erfahre ihn quasi in dem Moment, in dem er auf dem Bildschirm erscheint. Das Ganze wäre wohl auf der Schreibmaschine irgendwie stilvoller; meine Schreibmaschine mit in den Zug zu nehmen…ganz so Hipster bin ich nun doch nicht.
Zumindest von mir kann ich behaupten, dass der Begriff Schreibblockade eigentlich unzulänglich ist. Tatsächlich ist die Blockade oftmals eher ein Denial of Service, eine Flut von Anfragen (Anforderungen an den zu schreibenden Text) an den Server (Gehirn), der daraufhin überlastet in die Knie geht (Griff zum Weinglas). Denn irgendetwas schreiben kann man immer, sich aber an bestimmte qualitative und inhaltliche Regeln zu halten, kann jeden aus der Bahn werfen.
Lesen hingegen funktioniert doch gerade in die andere Richtung: Es handelt sich um neuen Inhalt, neue Informationen, übertragen durch Schriftzeichen, die sich per anerkannter Kodierung ins eigene Bewusstsein entschlüsseln und dort Sinn machen ergeben. Und beim Lesen entsteht auch immer ein Bild des Autors und des Beschriebenen. Dass sich das vom eigentlich vom Urheber Intendierten fundamental unterscheidet, ergibt sich ja schon aus oben genannter Eigenschaft der menschlichen Diversität. Jeder liest, schreibt, denkt, spricht und fühlt anders und das ist gut so. Deshalb darf eine rechtspopulistische Partei die Westminster Cathedral für eine Moschee halten und das Netz sich darüber lustig machen. Deshalb darf ein Mensch auf seinem Blog seinen Beziehungsstatus in Tagen öffentlich zählen (lassen) und manch einem damit das Bild von der nervigen Klette nachzeichnen. Und deshalb sollten wir uns vielleicht alle selbst nicht ganz so ernst nehmen. Und so.
