Gestern habe ich gelernt, wie wichtig Auflegen ist. Nicht am Plattenteller, sondern am Telefon. Schließlich sollte der Gesprächspartner nicht alles hören, was man nach dem Telefonat sagt.
Merksatz deshalb: Wenn man einem potentiellen Kunden auf die Mailbox spricht und danach über Themen diskutiert, die diesen nicht unbedingt etwas angehen, kann das plötzliche Ertönen von
“Sie haben die maximale Nachrichtenlänge erreicht. Bitte legen Sie jetzt auf.”
erschreckend sein.
Ist zum Glück nicht mir passiert, aber ich gelobe hiermit feierlich, in Zukunft explizit darauf zu achten, ob ich das Telefon wirklich aufgelegt habe.
Erfreulicherweise rückt das Wochenende in greifbare Nähe (Hett öbber Fritig gseit?), dann kann ich mich noch ein bisschen mehr mit dem Blog befassen und ein paar Ideen umsetzen, die ich diese Woche hatte. Bis dahin geht’s weiter atemlos durch die Nacht. Achtung, Ohrwurm-Alarm!!!

Noch peinlicher ist es, bei einer Telefonkonferenz zu denken, dass man schon aufgelegt hat und etwas über die Teinehmer sagen, während alle noch schon in der Leitung sind und zuhören…
